CEO 혹은 경영진이 기업명성에서 차지하는 부분은 포스팅하신 것처럼 가장 큰 부분인 것 같습니다. 얼마전 은퇴를 한 빌 게이츠의 공백이 커보이는 MS나 최근 건강 악화설이 돌았던 스티브 잡스의 애플의 사례를 보면 존재감과 역할이 큰 CEO들이 있으면 기업 명성에 큰 도움이 되지만, 그에 비례하여 반작용이 있다는 생각도 들었습니다. 그래서 그런지 미국의 애널리스트들이 스티브 잡스의 건강이 투자자들에게 350억~700억달러의 가치가 있다는 분석한 내용이 더욱 흥미있게 느껴집니다. 2008년 가장 존경받는 기업 1위로 뽑힌 뒤 Fortune과 가진 스티브 잡스 인터뷰 마지막 부분이 인상적이어서 아래 링크와 함께 남깁니다.
